Awesome pattern, very easy to follow and turned out exactly like the picture. Only note is that there is no explain for the fur just a link to a YouTube video which didn’t explain very well. Would have preferred to have everything written directly in the pattern pdf itself.

hat too big following the tutorial
Unless you have a lot of experience, this pattern will be challenging. There is an error in counting the stitches in a couple of lines. The horns won't stay in position. Otherwise, it ended up pretty cute when all was finished.
The pattern did not meet my expectations. I had to rewrite the pattern as I went to get the final results in the picture. Not a well written pattern.
Worst directions I have ever seen. Buyer beware. Because I've been crocheting for 50+ years, I might be able to figure it out. Don't buy unless you are going to watch the YouTube video. I am not going to waste my time. This did not meet my expectations and sometimes with crochet patterns and different countries, at least they attempted directions. These directions are useless.
This is one of the most well written patterns for a plushie I’ve purchased off Etsy! Very easy to follow, lots of pictures and a video to help sew together. (I added a flower crown)

Loved the pattern and the finished cow I made. I just made a small tweak to the fur strands, hooking through a small loop from the middle and passing the ends through it so that it's more secure.

Expect to suddenly become a barber when it comes to the hair and trimming strands to use lol. Overall the pattern was easy to follow and the assembly video was a lot of help. Didnt fit with picture that much from the listing - the Shape was very off. I made a lot of chances to make it look like the listning.
The creator of this person was really wonderful to get back with me whenever I had a question. I did have a lot of questions for me the pattern wasn't as clear as I would have liked it to have been but she did help me out. They turned out great.
I made this on the rush. It worked up really quick and my customer was happy. It was a "parts" amigurumi versus a no sew but still very easy to put together.
I used this pattern as a starting point to make a larger size highland cow. I’m not sure the photo on the cover of this pattern is an actual end result of using this pattern, since the finished cow in the tutorial video doesn’t look like the cow on the cover, but it’s still a cute and easy to follow pattern!

This pattern is definitely not for a beginner. There’s a lot that’s not said in it so you’ve kind of got to interpret it for yourself (like make a tassel, I had to look up separately how to make a tassel). The final product turned out cute but it took me a while to realize the main photo has been AI generated so there’s no way my final product can look as polished. Just seems like false advertising and unnecessary since it’s cute without being AI created.

As soon as I looked at the picture on the download I was disappointed to find that it was different from the picture on Etsy. For one thing the paws are made very different and I was expecting the quality of the picture and why I chose to purchase this on Etsy.

A little bit misleading using an AI photo instead of an actual photo of the finished product. Finished product doesn't look the same, but it is still cute and was an easy pattern to follow.

This item was a pdf. Once I started it I realized mine was not coming out the same even though I was following the directions. I had to incorporate some of my own stitches to get it to look right the instructions were not great as far as what colors to use. Did not tell you what materials or hook size to use I request help with this and no one ever got back to me. I just winged it and it came out looking nice but not like the picture shown.

The pattern was fairly easy to follow but they didn’t say there’s a YouTube tutorial. Mine didn’t come out with smooth fur like the photo.
I wouldn't recommend this pattern to anyone who didn't know what they were doing already. The assembly instructions are vague and the instructions on the head nearly led to a lopsided face. (I had to completely ignore the instructions for rounds 8+9 and just make it up) And the instructions for the fur wasn't great since a single tug would undo all your hard work and pull a big chunk of it out. But the base pattern is fine. Ignoring the face issue the shapes all come out correctly. And the end result was really cute. But to get there needed to rely on my own experience making similar dolls more than I liked. The customer service rating is middling because the video link was bad. I was able to contact the seller to get a new one, but it took a while. The video only covers assembly so it won't help with crocheting the head piece.

This little guy is the absolute cutest! The instructions were easy to follow. I changed the hat to give it a more bucket hat look by doing a back loop stitch on round 5 of the hat instructions and continued with the pattern instructions. Such an easy pattern, the finished product was beautiful. If you are a new crochet or, the pattern for the feet themselves is not well written and has a few mistakes, but if you’re experienced, you can make the feet work. Overall, the pattern was great.

The video to add the hair doesn’t actually show you knotting it to the cow so I did my own thing. The video leaves the hair unattached basically and can be pulled out. Otherwise, the cow is cute and easy to make.

I think the cow turned out great! Just be aware that the cover photo for the pattern is a glamorized (generated?) version of the actual item. It’s still cute though and the pattern was easy to follow!
The cover photo is definitely AI generated, but after seeing the reviews with other people's work I felt more confident to try it out. I used Himalaya dolphin baby with a 3.5mm hook. Had to burn the ends of the fur to keep the chenille from shedding. I'm still not done weaving in the hair but I wanted to leave my review because it looks really cute so far!

Pattern generally easy to understand and was pleased with the end result. A few minor niggles - ears did not seem to look like in the video, pattern & video contradict on whether horns should be stuffed and instructions on making & attaching tassels could help. My main negative is the suggested way of attaching the fur, which would allow it to come out very easily. I instead just pulled a centre loop through and then threaded both ends of the strand through the loop to fasten it securely.

As a beginner crocheter this was a little ambitious for me however the pattern was easy to follow & im happy with the results. Adding the “hair” definitely took longer than making the body. It’s deceptive how long that part takes haha.
Fun to crochet most of it, but attaching the hairs was time consuming and tedious. Hopefully my sister likes it.

The product picture is heavily filtered. Do not expect your final piece to look like that. The pattern itself was very easy to follow. The pictures were helpful, as was the video. I didn't care for how the creator added the long hair, so I attached mine with knots. Overall, it was fun little pattern.
This was such a fun pattern to make. I don’t normally crochet amigurumi, but wanted to make this for my son’s girlfriend for Valentine’s. I used acrylic #4 yarn in Loops & Threads Impeccable because that brand had the colors I was looking for in the store. I’m sure I could have ordered DK yarn online, but I needed to go ahead and get started on it.

It was easy to make from the description. The link to the video just doesn't work. I figured it out by looking up “fur highland cow crochet”.
Bought this pattern to make for my mother-in-laws birthday. I would class myself as a beginner having only started crochet in November. I found this pattern very easy to follow and easy to make. Everything was clear and concise and the create even supplies a video of how to assemble and place the hairs. My MIL loves the colourful cow artwork by steven brown, so I changed the hairs to multi coloured and super happy with how it turned out!
Pattern was fairly simple to follow, although a beginner may struggle with attaching all the parts. I'm a little disappointed with the actual picture that represents the pattern as I feel it's AI generated.
