start from one end sc till the corner (now work on its 6 corner stitches) of big oval make:

peacock stitch explanation - chain 3 turn sc on the 1st chain

 

Wing Belt

Yarn - light brown

Repeat till row 17 

now attach the belt to the wings as shown in the picture below: 

ROSES:

turn work backwards 3hdc in each of the 10 chains 

(make 5 roses)
